She manages over 140 clients globally and has full responsibility for driving the client expansion plans and leveraging the best assets to build, support, and grow the business unit globally. With over 25 years of experience in this vertical, Mamta brings a wealth of knowledge in payments, banking and insurance. Mamta has an undergraduate degree from Boston University and an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business. Mamta is also a guest lecturer at NYU. She is co-chair of TP Women and a Board member in Diversity, Equity, &amp; Inclusion.</p> <p> </p>

<p>Cesar Soliman is the Executive Vice President of Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance at Teleperformance, specializing in the BFSI sub-industries. With more than 20 years at Teleperformance, Cesar has led many value-added engagements with some of the world’s most valuable brands in the financial services and insurance spaces. Cesar is a member of TP’s Top 100 Leaders Under 45 Leadership Advisory Board and is COPC Lean Six Sigma Green Belt-certified.</p> <p> </p>

<p>Rupa Ramamurthy is the Senior Executive Vice President of Banking Operations at Teleperformance. She currently manages service delivery and transformation for international banking operations, and is a global banking subject matter expert. Rupa has established large business services centers for multinational banks around the world. She is a COPC-certified practitioner, and has received leadership awards from Femina, the Stevies, and Economic Times. She also co-leads the company’s efforts around gender equality, TP Women.</p> <p> </p>

With a focus on client strategy, growth, and execution, Patrick looks to deliver best in-class capabilities to Teleperformance’s BFSI clients globally. Patrick also takes a cross-vertical approach to new product development and testing between Teleperformance’s Innovation and Transformation team and BFSI clients focusing on banks, fintechs, payment platforms, Buy Now Pay Later, and crypto. With over 10 years of financial services and payments experience, Patrick’s curiosity and partner-led approach allows for a collaborative and outcome-based environment internally and with our global partners.</p>
